Optimal Hospitality Group LLC was founded in 2004 with a singular belief: that great hospitality businesses are built on great people, clear strategy, and relentless attention to the guest experience. What began as a boutique advisory practice has grown into a full-service consulting and management firm trusted by hotel owners, restaurant groups, and investors across twelve countries.
